ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND DETAILS
  • Cancellations done till 90 days of accommodation reservation, will be charged at 30% penalty.
  • Cancellations done till 60 days of accommodation reservation, will be charged at 50% penalty.
  • Cancellations done till 30 days of accommodation reservation, will have no refund.

Refunds for the accommodation will be transferred within 30 days after the Congress. Bank Charges will be deducted from the refund.
